I live in Kansas City, Missouri with my partner and dog. I’m really into house plants, my niblings (nieces and nephew), dancing, baths, hiking, tea and creating my dream life!
I’m a coach, facilitator and space holder. Since 2022 I’ve been helping people understand and accept all parts of themselves to live a life that they love.
While I’m a trained Voice Dialogue Facilitator, I’ve also been deeply shaped by women-led spaces, my mentors, and reconnecting with my body.
Through my own healing journey, I’ve realized that I spent the majority of my life trying to avoid certain parts of my psyche — instead of learning to accept and embrace them. I know now that rejecting parts of myself was leading to anxiety, apathy and stress.
This realization inspired me to take my healing on.
On that path I learned that by accepting and embracing all parts within myself, balance, peace, joy and confidence will follow!
And I discovered that this is my life’s work! To help other’s return to the truth within them. Because I believe we each have the answers we are seeking within ourselves. And we have everything we need within ourselves already to live a life we love and to bring our dreams to life!
Voice Dialogue is a tool used for inner exploration and healing.
Developed by Hal and Sidra Stone in the 1970s, it explores the various “selves” or inner voices that exist within an individual’s psyche. These inner voices represent different aspects of a person’s personality.
For example, I have the inner critic, perfectionist, people-pleaser,
Voice Dialogue aims to help individuals become more aware of these inner voices and understand how they influence thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. By engaging with and dialoguing with these inner voices, individuals can gain insight, emotional healing, and personal growth. It’s a method often used in psychology and self-help to promote self-awareness and personal development.
